Cúnamh Cancer Support Group
Is a voluntary organisation supporting cancer patients attending the Bons Secours Hospital, Cork since 1996.
Mission Statement
Cúnamh responds to the need for support and assistance to people who live with cancer and those who care for them.
We provide support through the following:
- Information Days
- Counselling
- Cancer Rehabilitation Programmes
- Lymphoedema Advice and Support
- Complementary Therapies
- Information Packs
- Transport for Patients
- Spiritual Experience of Lourdes
Cúnamh also contributes towards the hidden costs and needs of cancer patients and their families.
We at Cúnamh rely on the generosity of those who can help us to organise the various fundraising activities and to whom we are enormously grateful.
These activities include:
- Coffee Mornings
- Fashion Shows
- Golf Classics
- Mini Marathons
- Raffles
- Concerts
- Ladies’ Lunches
- Donations
New members to the group are always welcome.
